Since we are in the
last few months of the campaign, you are felling that, time is not enough for
the never ending little and large projects, like those who are running for
office in our Town.
I have to say that,
some of my responses will be laconic due to idiomatic nature of your questions;
others will be loaded with many nouns, epithets, and zipped phrases to
accommodate the dear space.
I trust your powerful

the key issues Richmond Hill
is facing today?
A5) Accountability,
Transparency, ineffectiveness, Passiveness,
Stagnant,
Machiavellian, Irrelevant to the real and essential needs
of the people.
Conceder proposal to overhaul Region's and Town's
administration and
governance structure, by extending and broad
ding the Democratic
Base. All council meetings open to the public.
Fees and charges are
for the super markets and convenient stores.
Property Taxes has to reflect the philosophy
and the reasoning for established, that is, to be the tool correcting the
"market externalities".
Introducing the
Economic senses of resource utilisation (value system). Promote and support
athleticism in terms of education, balancing social responsibility and team
success, reflecting friendship and
sharing benefits. "Rentals, fees, charges" for services and uses of
public property will review and for essential services will be eliminated.
"The Health account or Department" has to revitalize and support for
the quality our people must have. There is no excuse for this issue to go
unnoticed because of security reasons??? What??? !!!
Our society needs more
friendship background rather than association with contract. Our slogan for
life should be <<with peace we prosper>>.

outlook, aptitudes do you possess that make you a good candidate for council?
A6) Factual presentations,
Descriptive analysis of events (Data, etc...),
establishing
fundamental reasons group acceptance of outlined
propositions, insure
plan effectiveness having structural dynamic
elements
predetermining strong correlated parameters of feasibility
study. Strong
evaluation of intrinsic characteristics of inputs in
synergistic models of strategic action plans. Analytical skills of
common sense issues when the principle
of thesis, antithesis process is slow.
Strong emphasis on team work rotating delegation.
